Finding me again.

Hello there. Welcome to 'Finding me again.' I do hope you read on, and find that after these 4 months, you really are fabby. Okay, each month is split up into 4 sections.

Month One:
Diet

Month Two:
Exercise

Month Three:
Get your grin on

Month Four:
Overall review

The official challenge will begin on the 1st July. I'm sorry things aren't taking place sooner, but I have tonnes of parties, and exams, and revision, plus an integration back into school to get out of the way. Plus, I thought it would make more sense to start things at the beginning of the month, to avoid confusion. To put things simply, if you'd like to join in, read the info on this page, and email me at unarc@hotmail.co.uk (there is another link on my home page) or leave a comment on my 'I'm working on a challenge' post.

Before the challenge begins, you must take the button from my side bar (instructions on how to do this at the end of the post) and link it back to my blog, or this page. You must have done this, and told me that you are going to participate BEFORE the 1st July. This is so that everyone is working on the same page, and no one is a few steps behind. Before the 1st July, you must also write a blog post, letting your followers know of the challenge, and what you will be doing for each section.

The MAIN idea behind this, is that for diet, exercise, and get your grin on, each person selects a goal for each section. (Example. Diet: Become a vegetarian. Exercise: Find an exercise I can participate in and enjoy. Get your grin on: Make more friends.)

Every week, every person participating will write a blog post on what they have done, what recipes/advice/info they have found, how they have found trying to achieve their goal. I will do this too, aswell as post regular recipes, little snippets of info, good exercise videos, and such.

The final month, overall review, is a little different. Every week, you will write a review on all three sections, and what you have achieved, what you still need to do, and any other information. Then, on the final week/s, you will make a 'Finding me again:Plan for my future'

Okay, if this is all too confusing, email me at unarc@hotmail.co.uk, and let me know what you don't understand. I'd be happy to send out extra info, and even, if you'd like, an example post for one of the months, the overall review, and a plan for the future.
